Process and feedback
• If you would like to receive progress updates on your commission, please let me know and I will check in with you at least once during the process.
• You may give feedback on work-in-process images and depending on the stage of the piece, request reasonable adjustments such as colour changes or addition of details. Requesting major changes may result in additional fees.
References
• For a commission, please provide me with at least one clear (preferably fullbody) reference image of the character(s) to be drawn. If no such reference is available, I will consider the commission to include character design, which comes with additional fees.
• I retain the right to slightly modify/interpret a design into my own style if necessary (for example, modify colours to suit the lighting of the artwork).
• Detailed and complex design elements (eg. armour, mechanic elements, intricate lace designs, etc.) that will take considerably more time to draw and render may warrant additional fees.
Waiting time and work speed
• I try to finish commissions in a reasonable amount of time. Commissions can take up to 3 months to complete, depending on how busy I am. If my personal life prevents me from working on your commission, I will try to inform you in advance.
• If you have a set deadline, please notify me in advance, and I'll decide whether I can accept the commission or not. Deadlines of <2 weeks time span may be charged a rush fee.
• You may at any time inquire about the progress of the commission, but please do so with appropriate frequency. If I feel unnecessarily rushed/pressured, I may decide to cancel your commission.
Lastly, I reserve the right to decline any commission request for any reason.
